Thanks a lot, I will be back. This comfy hotel is based in a nice building and has an in-house restaurant. The property staff is very polite and outstandingly accommodating. Location is fantastic and stunning, in the brasserie at the entrance. Don't forget to visit nearby Yuamiya, they have best coffee ever. The restaurant serves wonderful Western food;))

During our stay at Suimeikan, we were amazed by the incredible facilities on site. With 3 public spas, a private spa, a gym, and much more, there was always something to do and relax. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They spoke a decent amount of English, which was helpful for us as foreigners. The breakfast at the hotel was simply amazing, with a wide range of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking scenery from our room, especially on Saturdays when we could catch the firework show at 8:30pm.
Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the room being a bit small for the price and the futons in the tatami room not being very thick, overall we still had a wonderful experience at Suimeikan. The pros definitely outweighed the cons.

Spending Christmas at this Japanese hotel was an interesting experience. the fireworks show was great and the garden view from the room was beautiful. the breakfast was complimentary and quite good. the location of the hotel was convenient for taking the train to nearby cities, which was a plus.
It was difficult to communicate with the staff as there was a language barrier, and some staff members seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests. the amenities such as the pool and gym were only available for an additional fee, which was disappointing.
