Thanks a lot, I will be back. This comfy hotel is based in a nice building and has an in-house restaurant. The property staff is very polite and outstandingly accommodating. Location is fantastic and stunning, in the brasserie at the entrance. Don't forget to visit nearby Yuamiya, they have best coffee ever. The restaurant serves wonderful Western food;))

The onsens were fantastic. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and relaxing vibes. The tatami-mat rooms were perfect for our large family, and it was nice to explore the beautiful gardens that added such a serene atmosphere to our stay.
My wife says that the restaurants filling up made it tough to plan dinners. A little more availability would have helped for families with older kids.

Room decor showed significant signs of aging, which impacted the overall comfort, however, the three onsens were the standout feature, providing relaxing experiences far superior to the hotel shower. The staff were professional, with many speaking Mandarin fluently. Breakfast had delicious Japanese options, but the lack of variety was somewhat disappointing. Upgrading to a renovated room was necessary for better comfort, a hassle but ultimately worth it.
